Pretty Pretty Princess Syndrome is a diagnosis in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) indicating that people who are considered to be "pretty" or "attractive" may suffer from an anxiety disorder. The DSM-IV lists the "stages", or degrees, of this disorder. Basically, it is a condition in which the sufferer is overcome with anxiety when they see themselves as the "pretty" person.
